On-line Application

  • Short courses: A minimum of Grade 10 is needed.

  • Diplomas and certificates: Grade 12 is essential, but it's acceptable if you're currently in Grade 12.

Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form

Start the application process by selecting 'Start Application Process' button below. Fill in all the required information accurately and completely to help us evaluate your application effectively. You can also download the Application form, fill it out, and mail or WhatsApp it back to us.

Step 2: Provide additional documents

After  completion of the online application and payment of the application fee, submit the necessary documents via email or WhatsApp.

  • Copy of ID or Passport

  • A copy of your highest earned qualification

  • Sponsor's bank statement or Pay Slips

  • Sponsor's ID Copy

  • Proof of Residence for the applicant's sponsor

Step 3: Deposit the application fee

Deposit the application fee of R250 (non-refundable) into the following bank account:

Step 4: Full seat deposit 

Upon successful registration, you will receive a proof of acceptance/registration letter containing your student number, which also serves as a cash receipt for the registration fee. Following registration, we can provide you with a bank letter to support your application for a student loan from a financial institution or bank.


Registration earns the applicant a temporary seat.

To secure a full seat, a registered student needs to finalize their seat by submitting the signed PASMA enrolment agreement forms with the required documentation and the payment of the enrollment fee. (The closing date for enrolment fees are 90 days before the commencement of the course)
